FIRST!

 An introduction

It would certainly seem that I'm a procrastination fool but, I have made a conscious effort to actually get on this bad boy and start to be a good blogger.
So with that in mind I think i shall be adding to this, not in the way I did with other blogs that just failed but i a way that means that people can see what I'm up to.
So, lets start with my 2013 total.  For those not in the know, your total is where you add the number of models you have finished but subtract for the ones you buy in a vain attempt to finish things and not be like every other war gamer alive, where buying shinies is something that accidental happens, even though you have so much to do, so very much, like armies worth but the new model for this particular thing is so beautiful you have to have it!
Being super good this year I started my total at 0 because the rules say you are allowed to do that! In January I was totalling a big ole 5 and roughly three months later (or there abouts) including repaints that I'm now happy with, I can say I have hit 28!
That's not so great but at least things are slowly getting done, and with the fact that I am completely stony broke, the likelihood of getting any minuses are low, its a win win situation really.

My painting list at the moment
  1. Freebootaz small army, lot of greenstuff there and rather comical.
  2. Chaos, so much chaos
  3. Dwarfs, a joint effort for myself and my other half.Well I say joint, he is like myself, and refers the characters to paint rather than the bulk, as such only the cool bits are done!
  4. My malafaux is done! (Just thought I would put that because it looks like everything is half done)

As for my painting

This is about where I am with my painting, its not prizewinning but there is a certain improvement from the splodge I started with. I owe a lot of my learning to the buying of the GW painting guide. Now I'm not a big fangirl of GW all the time but I honestly think that this book has helped me the most over the years. I have even started looking at highlighting, who knew painting could be so fun!

As you can see there is a little improvement!

With this in mind I would say, I'll keep you posted about what I'm doing but this is what my blog is.
So there
